Our primary strategy is wrapping and selling homes to Homestead Buyers, with wholesale deals as a secondary focus. We’re consistent closers—and now we want YOU to join the ride.
What You’ll Do:
Speak directly with property owners and agents to set appointments for our closers.
Learn to analyze deals and make competitive offers.
Master negotiation and deal structuring.
Gain hands-on experience in creative financing, wholesaling, & investing.
Work closely and receive mentorship from experienced investors.
Who We’re Looking For:
Self-motivated and eager to learn.
Great communication skills and phone etiquette.
Detailed oriented
Enjoys building relationships and talking with people.
Coachable
Somewhat tech savvy
No prior experience? No problem—we’ll train you!
